Well you see I use to love this game. I would play at least 4 hours a day every day. I had two accounts one lvl 96 who got hacked than permad, and a lvl 85 who got hacked....So I was wondering, is starting all over really worth it?
runescape is an outdated game. it was really fun when it was new and top of the line, I even had an 85, but there are so many more games out with better graphics, physics, stories, etc that it really isn't worth it to start a new account, let alone keep playing

wow people still play runescape that game is so out dated you guys should check out these way better graphic games that have way more consept then runescape
Honestly, i play it sometimes. Its not a game made for PvP though like you guys compare it too. You cant compare it to WoW because they are completely different concepts. In runescape combat is not the main thing, its not a bad game to play if you enjoy something more subtle than other 'better graphics' games out there.
Rune Scape is the Worst game i've ever played. I have more fun playing Atari games then that piece of shizzle.
Rune Scape Ratings Graphics - 3/10 ... could be WAY better. Gameplay - 5/10 It's only fun Killing. Sound - 0.5/10 Worst Music EVER! Overall - 2/10 I'd rather stair at a brick wall then play this game.
I Dont see how you guys hate it so much. Its not that bad of a game. Sure the graphics arent that great, but they are being updated soon. Remember everygame like Runescape starts off small and builds(Ithink) Stop BSing Runescape. And Like fishinmage said, its not that bad. And its more of a game to level up skills, not just kill. Way I see it WOW is runescape with better graphics and a couple other skills, and different races. Not much difference.
Ok in my opinion Runescape is a terrible game. i used to play it for abut 3 years and everything was ok. I had fun with it and it was a decent game. Now this game is terrible. No pking, no merchanting, no giving stuff away for free, NO HAVING FUN! Runescape is a waste of life now and there is no point in playing. Ever since I quit I've been able to do a lot better things with my life than to sit down at a cpu and hit someone back and forth then die and lose it all or get banned for accidently swearing. We all need to quit playing crappy addicting games, get a girlfriend, and grow up.
