I really dunno, but I'll probably have to go with both though.
The PSP can download games off the internet, watch movies, tons of other stuff, but it's quite expensive.
The DS is cheaper, but does not seem to have any other functions besides playing games. However, I have a DS, and I've always liked nintendo, so it boosts the DS' score, thus tying these two up.
However, there's a new type of DS coming out with other functions like camera and stuff, so that's a lot better, but like the PSP, it's quite expensive...
DS is mainly targeted for kids As the PSP for teens If i had to choose (wich i already did Id choose both...but the ds over the PSP animal crossing rualez!
Really PSP is the best you got all of the feutures the world could bring into a compacted thingi mobob so ya. I deffinetly say PSP my bro has a ds andi hate it the edge corners hurt your hans if you play over a hour also i hate the double screens errrrggg really annoying.
Um right now im not sure ds has pretty good games and a touch screen but the psp has awesome games, you can play your photos and have them as your backround, listen to music, or browes the web
since it has the touch screen and has more classic games such as super mario 64 ds.
thats weirdheads comment and i kinda agree with it but im still not sure. My sis has a ds and i play it all the time and i have a psp but the lasers broken so my dad going to fix it once the peice gets here. So im calling it a tie. xD xD -Tricks [bold]vV\\/Vv[/bold]
I'm gonna have to say DS. It may not have the best graphics, music quality, or space what so ever, but it's a great portable console. It doesn't have much battery but it's great anyway. The touch screen adds a lot of originality and freshness to all those old and boring games you have played a thousand times, and gives game makers tons of opportunities to make great original games.
All though i must say i would like a PSP, just to play Patapon and maybe Locoroco. But that's all.
Its kinda like a mini battle between the wii and a ps3 lol... anyways the psp totally owns the DS and here's why. So like me have both the ps3 and the wii, my friend has both the DS and the PSP. I used to play on his DS when i was bored and we were just chillin, but just recently he got a PSP.He's telling me how much btr it is than the DS. So i asked him why... He told me that again like the wii and ps3 comparison that the DS sure had a bunch of games, but 95% come out of a crap factory.... For the PSP many games are amazing (the new final fantasy anyone???). Its just that simple... You dont have good games, no one will play it. Then the graphics... I have not seen one game for the DS that doesn't have cartoony graphics. I've seen some come close, but it just looks horrible. But with some games, what it lacks in graphics is pretty fun to play... zelda for example is pretty ownage. The built in mic is a dumb idea... And no offense but the carrying pouch around the neck, well lets just say it looks rlly nerdy when u see someone walking down the halls of your high school wearing this huge pouch around there neck lol.. Not to mention for another strange reason, you see someone sitting in the hall playing a psp, you dont think nothing of it, but when there playing a ds ur like wow, nerds... I dunno why, but everyone i talk with always laughs about that too. And to go with that last idea i think i know why now. The DS is kinda meant for the younger crowds, women, and older generation. Not for kids in my grade rlly. Not to mention the features on the PSP (plays movies, 10X btr graphics, holds like a bunch load of music, can get free games from online, can get games and add-ons from PS3 network... the list goes on) Its something that most kids my age can get a grasp on and think that hey its pretty sweet being able to watch movies on the go.... But again it seems that this site is filled with kids from the ages 8-11 who think that the wii and the DS is so much btr because they make make these games worth crap that involve them doing rlly stupid things... ex raving rabbids.... holy crap bad game. sry but if u look at what ur doing u kinda would be laughing at urself (i know i was)... Its just quite annoying having argguements with these kids who aren't even allowed to play the amazing FPS that most ppl can. Then they'd realize how superior the ps3 is to the wii
