I played a game some time ago. It was a game about a genius who I believe was trying to take over the world. You solve puzzles with color buttons, buy new bases. new troops and henchmen, it your troops defended a base in the middle of a cirlce and enemies attack at random I believe. Does anyone know of the game I'm talking about. I've searched for it and cannot find it
