is there a bug on this game,every time i go to strat the game and its asks me what diffcultly i want to play on,i click a diffcultly and the game freezes.

Peoples, how to take gold/rock?

On the map, move to the left/right until you find a rock contaning iron or gold and dig it. You have to move forward a bit before you can reach a golden/iron rock.

Having the same problem as Fataldarkwolfe, the game freezes every time I select what difficulty I want to play. Switching browsers didn't work either :/

More mad cow.You have to find some rocks on the map and get settlers to it and right click,the same goes for iron,and gold,which are yellow/gray rocks.

@arale88: besides hunting you can build farms (pig or chicken).
After you build a farm an animal appears, now send a settler to work on the farm (click on the animal (pig or chicken)). From now on this settler constantly works there... since you give him new orders.
