Predator from the old Alien vs. Predator games. Pred will just rip anyones head off... and it can turn invisible, and see heat, and shoot tracking explosive energy blasts. To name a few of its abilities

Ryu from street fighter. From one of my favorite games ever. I always picked him, and usually kicked ass too.
