I'm guessing what your asking is where, if it exist is there a chat room that would be appropriate for people of a young age(9 year old).Truthfully unless its powered by disney channel then I doubt anywhere would be b/c you can't stop people from saying inapprpriate things, even if a site blocks inappropriate words people could find away around it, but its possible to find something I would think,the internet is a big place.your bound to find something.

Well there are thousands of chat rooms that are on the internet so i suppose 1 of them cud be for 9 year olds but it wud be illegal cos of the perverts that would be attracted to them
