I noticed when I logged in today that I seem to require more mana to level up my mana pool. I seem to recall being at mana pool level 13 or 14 when my mana total'ed around 50,000. Now at the same mana, I'm only at mana pool level 9, with no skill or talisman changes.
I noticed one of the patch notes said that some balancing for mana pool gems and chain hit gems was performed. Was this part of that balancing?
Anybody else seeing the same thing, or have info on this?
There was a patch I think. Before with 10k starting mana i could reach 15m manapool by wave 10 (regardless of level). Now i can barely reach 500k with 30k starting mana by wave 10. They fixed the white-red-orange trap...glitch...thing.
Oh, ok. I don't mean total mana gain though, my concern is what level my mana pool is, at certain levels of mana. I feel like I gain less mana pool levels as of yesterday (while still gaining just as much mana). Anybody notice the same thing?
How about this: would anybody be willing to post how much mana they need to acquire for mana pool levels 5-10, along with their mana stream skill, and any other variable that might impact this? It would help so much; really hoping my character isn't bugged.
Thanks to anybody that can help. The mana stream skill is the only thing that can impact this, right?
Has anyone noticed endurance suddenly becoming ridiculously hard? I can't mana farm like I could a few days ago the difficulty seems to be ramping up insanely early. I have no idea what's going on, but it's not fun.
I mean I can't even win replaying maps I beat easily days ago - traps and tower gems just quickly get outclassed and I can't earn enough mana to stay competitive. I just feels broken as hell like something is seriously wrong. If I had the patience to deal with this I would try starting a new game to see if there is something wrong with my original save, maybe. It's that bad.
Using some shadow cores for traits works quite good for me. Normally doing something like Haste 3, Swarmling Domination 4, Mana Lock 3, Beacon Storm 4 with a 5.2x multiplier. Costs 32 cores and getting most of the time more back on a field. Was level 65 and played on Field K5 that way. Rerouted monsters so they all had to go to the lower left and build a mana farm there (red / orange). Angered monsters as much as my amplified main gem (red / yellow) could kill. Placed it directly under my orb and helped with spells when angered too much. Got 774k exp and 132 cores that round. Also dont have anything special in amulet, just some rarity 3-16 fragments. Mostly upgraded mana, xp and damage to giants ones. Getting better fragments would also help but doing that later.
