I found this article on the support site that says i can, but it not only appears to be in direct conflict with the TOS, it was also last updated 8 years ago. it references a page called "free website games" which now gives a 404.
So I'm wondering, can i use games from this site on my own website?
If so, which ones and can i have ads on my website?
So... it's a complicated answer. The games you could use were Flash Games that were directly made by us. So, our games. However, with flash death back in 2021, this became mostly moot and we stopped supporting the Free Website Games page. Beyond that, none of the HTML games that are hosted on our website currently are made by us; they are all licensed... and these games are not available to be re-hosted, unless you have explicit permission from each game's developer.
