i would have to say runescape well because i think theres more to do and stuff hidden stuff like easter eggs are in it if you look for them in the right spots...ture iv never played maplestory i have watched my coz play very many times befor runescape is better
Runescape is 3-D, Maplestory is 2-D. Well, both games are not so good. Each has it's pros and cons. However, if it's about content and better replay value I'd stick with Runescape. Maplestory is good, but I've never played it.

I'd probably say RuneScape. MapleStory is meh, I'm not interested in football boots or pink glasses with stelliform rims and the RPG elements are extremely bland. RuneScape sticks to a fantasy theme and all though its RPG elements (training skills etc) are boring a repetitive beyond belief it's still a funner game. I just don't see what MapleStory has to offer that RuneScape does not.

You know, when I was a kid I tried out RuneScape and I thought the premise was great. The idea of it seemed really cool and fun, and I really wished it didn't seem unplayable. However, apparently it's come a long way, so I can't really say. I can say that, if it's playable, it probably is better, 'cause MapleStory is just kinda bland and dull.
Well, to me, runescape is better.i bet that u all are just freshman gamers and do not know that my brother had played rs ever since rs classic came out and even b4 and at that time maple havent even came out. When maple first came, i played it, OH THIS S***s no offence, my mouth said it and when i play it, my bro laughed at me, kids are kids haha. ( he treats me as a 3-yr old), then i say, hey, u wanna play? he said no, and said only stupid kids play it. and rasengan, why do u say that ppl cant say rs is cool and maple sux while u like ms and says rs sux. i prefer rs in the end, it brings friend closer and not like maple, "ksing" each other then ur friend says i dun friend u already, haha kids will ne kids. i never thought of buying membership in rs, coz it burns my wallet, but i will never ever buy a stupid thingy in maple, it sux and does nothing, only rich ppl buy cash item for they wanna show off, but seriously, why waste money for a thing that u cant use in real life, get a life man, and rs pwns till u get max lvl while maple? i am not a gamer so i cant reallly lvl up fast and it req a lot of grinding so it sux unless u like wasting ur time. so, rs pwns and ms? neh sad but why call it maple story where the story is not there? runescape is just a place where u can do what u want, not like maple, monster grinding all day long, rs? u can chop wood fish make fire mine and all sorts, not like maple with its limited choices, so rs pwns and ms is ok, but not my liking.
Runescape sucks, Maplestory wins. Graphics don't mean everything, bringing MapleStory to 3-D would bring it into chaos. Also with Maple actually having different classes/jobs while Runescape only has the basics. Maple is much more well made up than RS and they have started to actually make a story for Maple. Runescape is mindless running around, killing things, and mining. I must agree that MS has it's faults with killing everything that stands in your way and such, but MS just has a better style of it with all the different skills you can use for different jobs.
