Obi Wan "Ben" Kenobi and Yoda are tied, since Yoda is so small, he is amazing and can probably challenge 4 sith lords (count, 4 Sith lords!) by himself and he could beat all of them. Obi Wan is just plain awesome, he is one of the better Jedi Masters, who defeated a Sith lord on his own (Darth Maul who had a double saber)
Vader hands down... i mean cmon... SPACE NAZI! its brilliant! he is the head of the most dysfunctional family ever created... (vader is evil, his son is his nemesis, his daughter is a princess, his son and his daughter hooked up without knowin they were siblings.... this is gold!).

Well depends if you consider Sith (dark jedi). But I like Obi wan, cool as a cucumber. And yoda's frail frame but massive powers. And Mace Windus awesome blade skills!
