Yu-gi-oh was a card game that is very realistic, with a little more technology then we have now...anyway, back to the point... I think the most unrealistic game is probably the Prince Of Persia games, coz of the time-freezing and whatnot...
Halo 3 is not unrealistic.... IT WAS MEANT TO BE!!! Come on, 2542, future! And Master Chief has shield if you noticed... of course you were playing on legendary if one shot of a sniper killed you but with rechargable shields.. you will never die. Anyway, the most unrealistic game is not a shooter, they are made so it takes effort for you to die. The most unrealistic game is World of Warcraft.
Lol the most unrealistic game would have to be Pokemon, I mean C'MON. Just think about the plot to the TV Show/Games. You need to find crazy deformed animals and trap them inside a ball capsule about the size of a grown man's fist...IT HAS TO BE THE MOST UNREALISTIC GAME
