D2 instantly caught my attention and stuck with me. Pluse hoards of zombies at the beginning, which is always a plus for me.
RS was just too slow for me to get into. Everything was clunky and pixilated. Just turned me off right away. It may have better elements to it but I don't have time to waste to find out.
Argh I forgot to add this. There is a very experimental version of diablo I somewhere on the net. I also believe it is done in flash as well. It was good considering how sophisticate the game is but was clunky and glitchy as well.
Dude you don't pay retards for D2!!! God I play it and its fun because hundreds of thousands of items just people don't realized that most are rare. Battle Net IS FREE and it costs money if you buy spam. RS has crappy graphics and your account can easily be hacked so Diablo 2!!!

Diablo 1 ANd 2 are way better, RS is one of the worst MMORPG's I've ever played, and THESE ARE NOT FLASH GAMES, don't have it in the flash games section
I hate it when people start insulting RS. It was a great game 5 years ago. I have never played Diablo, and never heard of it either. Nowadays, with WOW and Guild Wars and their amazing graphics. But one, Runescape was good, with amazing graphics and ideas.
