Funny take-off of the other topic. I would say:

Oblivion- for it's almost too realistic gameplay(although questionable ragdoll effects)

NHL08 or 09- for it's as always stunningly amazing realness

Star Wars the Force Unleashed- because it's Euphoria engine gives it the most realistic body movements possible. Also, for anyone skeptical of the whole Star Wars thing, it makes sense in it's own Universe. For example, there isn't really a war going on between S.A.S. and Russia (CoD4)

Uhm... The Sims?

I was going to have to say one of the Gran Turismo games. Those are always difficult unless you know the physics behind racing.

I agree Call of Duty is one, but I'll say Commandos games, (Commandos Behind Enemy Line, I, II. . .) Panzer General 3D.

The Sims is a game about life so I'd have to go with that game. d=p

Call of Duty 4 is the best game ever and it is about real life war and its based on real guns and everything! Graphics are out of this world!!! I can't wait until Call of Duty 5 comes out! They are working on Call of Duty 6 already...! Wow... That owns!

definitely Call of Duty 4. The Sims isn't realistic because they speak gibberish, and Oblivion may have amazing graphics and may be really fun, but goblins and living skeletons don't really exist.
