For me It's weird.

You just had some fruit punch down to your airway, I guess. This usually happens when you swallow and breathe in at the same time. The body's normal defense mechanism for this is through coughing.

Maybe god just hates you, so he said "FUCK YOU" and made you breath tasty goodness.

If you feel concerned I would see a Doctor, otherwise you're probably fine...
