Okay, I'm going to wing this one. I think Happiness is a state of mind. When your not angry, sad, depressed and whatnot, your probaly going to be happy. There are any ways one can achieve happiness, maybe not permantly, but for awhile. One way is to have fun. Life doesn't last forever, make sure you stop and smell the roses once in awhile, or everything will just pass you by. Also stay close to your friends and family. Also try and be positive. And another way I've heard about is Fung Shway. (I know I spelt it wrong, so don't bother pointing that out). Those are a few ways. =)
