When I was 7, I swallowed one while running on in the front yard =P.
Nahh, just kidding. When I was 5, it was the first time me seeing one, so I didn't know what it was. So I went up and grabbed it ("Gotcha!" I said, lolz). But before even a second it stung me and I can't remember me crying or not, but it hurt, really bad.

They do that for self defence. And saying you hate bees is saying you hate honey. And if they die out who's goin to make honey? If you don't like honey it's fine by me but I'm just saying. And they are defending their terrortory s that's why they sting for no reason, WHY HATE BEES!? Stings go after a little while. Be a man/woman/heshe!

i love bees. they are my friends. wasps are my nemisis... es... because they are just evil, and they don't stop stinging you. but, bees are amazing. they make honey! and pollenate flowers!!! one time, this lady was getting all freaked out because i was sitting next to a bush that had bees swarming around it, and i reached into the plant, and grabbed a handful of bees, just to scare her. lol. none of them stung me. you see, with me and bees, there is this simple harmony. they know i won't hurt them, so they don't bother me. even when i do bother them, they don't hurt me. that's why i like bees. sorry to ramble on like this, but i love bees so much. from darck

That may have happened because the bee's hive was recently disturbed or it was recently agitated... don't think something is bad if you didn't think why it was being that way in the first place... there is a reason behind everything...
