actually sims is kinda like that but the problem is you kinda have limted space.

Yea I think we have all thought up of a game like that where you can just do what you feel like. Whenever! It's a great proposal, but there would be so much programming involved. You would need so many different things to be involved in the gameplay that it would get so crazy. It would also probably cost around $300.00. So good luck finding a company will to work and publish a game like that.

I would most definetly by it. Mostly because it would be like GTA and its a good game.

i would buy it then go to japan, eat all of their food, and become the fattest sumo person there

but the big problem would be that a game like take a lot of processing power like maybe 4 server if the graphics are very bad 10 if the graphics are kind of good and 20 if the graphics are drop dead great
