I prefer metal, so i prefer Metallica. (Duh :P)

This has got to be one of the toughest choices i've made in a vs thread but ACDC has more songs I like than Metallica so ACDC. But Enter Sandman and Master of Puppets are freakin sweet.

It wasn't an ACDC member who complained about free music stealing money while smimming in a gold plated pool.

AC/DC has 1 or 2 good songs but all Metallicas songs are awesome

a bit off-topic: Enter Sandman is the most played song in my playlist, 1327 plays atm. and its about 5:30 so that would be about 122 hours xD

These bands aren't even in the same genre of music so you can't really compare one to the other. But if you did it's an easy answer, Metallica. Death Magnetic shows that after all these years Metallica still has what it takes. Unlike ACDC who released an album specifically for Wal-Mart. Seriously, Wal-Mart?...
