I wanted to know exactly what zone and boss drops/has this armor and weapon. Some say it's really hard to get, or say it's impossible.? Is it true? I'm asking because I saw someone with it, and they had the whole suit together, and I am just so happening to try and get the whole suit. Thank you.

Crit Result:
Felicity (no buffs): 29,256 crit / 35107 (wraith form)
Police Colonel: 3,466 / 4,160 (wraith form)

Flamboyant trousers (Z4 drop)

-15% crit / 31% crit damage / +0% non-crit damage
-500 instinct

Result:
Felicity (no buffs): 10,094 crit / 13,325 (wraith form)
Police Colonel: 3,901 / 4,681 (wraith form)



What I'm wearing can't possibly be the best +Instinct gear. The Striker set hits much harder against lower lvl monsters, but 63 more instinct is better if the monster is anywhere close to your level (I'm lvl 25, P. Colonel is lvl 22). It is a cool-looking effect, though
