here is what i think i did, stun him while he is in lock and load (that is when he has 400% more damage)
he will then do a move that that gives him a buff where he recieves alot of extra damage, just him fast and hard then.

rinse and repeat.

attack him when he has the buff reload on him, other than that just survive
