That would be either overpowered or useless...money's not honestly that useful, but 400k is overkill for a LV5 weapon.

Kitetsu III LV30 Secondary Arms STR +350 INS -100 VIT -150 SPD -100 Physical Piercing +3000 All Defences -200 A cursed sword, no swordsman uses a Kitetsu sword nowadays, and if they did, they wouldn't be around long.
The Wado Ichimonji is meant as a nice primary weapon for a physical build, boasting pretty heavy amounts of STR and physical piercing. Kitetsu III, on the other hand, is an all-or-nothing kind of sword. It sacrifices speed, vitality, defences, and instinct for massive amounts of strength and physical piercing. Think Sonny's Paladin set in terms of piercing but for physical and in the form of a secondary weapon.
