[b]Nintendo of america refuses to release there new handheld The DSi to us americans because of strong DS lite sales, so STOP buying DS lites so we can get the DSi quicker. Who's whith me!
Think of it this way...without the high number of sales from the DS Lite Nintendo would not have enough money to manufacture the DSi. So, let's just calm down and be patient. It will come out sooner or later.
Expected release in the US is middle of the year. So at the earliest we're look at June. Personally, I don't think the DSi is actually an "upgrade" over the Lite. Removal of the GBA port and adding a camera doesn't appeal to me. Granted it slightly smaller with slightly bigger screens, but that comes at the expense of lower batter life. Yeah, not a real upgrade in my opinion.
Ok so now I know what a DSi is. That sounds like it might be useful sometimes but most of the time when I use my DS, it's to play a GBA game so this doesn't really appeal to me, so I don't really care when it comes out.
You see, I dont have to petition on this thread because I live in Japan and already have the DSi available at any electronics store. :P DSi is nice, but isnt worth the upgrade if you already have a DSLite.
