I love Vampire literature, most of it is well done, even with romance. Hell I even write some with one of my friends. But Twilight makes me want to gouge out my own eyes.

i've never read/seen twilight but it sounds bad acourding to kakahta! the saga of darren shan is much better anyways! no other vampire related thing csn beet it.(appart from being one...)

BTW does any one know the release date of the darren shan film or is there still no date set!?!

and i LOVE Darren Shan! ive read all vampire and demonata series. does anyone think the film(s) will live up to the books though?
Because the books are epic.

i prefer Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles over any mordern vampire series.

But I've read Cirque Du Freak.
Easy reading, pretty okay.
Twilight series is pretty okay as well..
But both of them are... dull compared to anne rice.
