Even if they were number 1 they would still be special. Having the highest crime rate in the world is a unique trait and so by definition they would still be considered special.

Anway CubanFrog is the only Finnsih person I have seen. Though I do agree Finns are the coolest people. You can't get much cooler than Mika Hakkinen, right?
