I am going to buy the full version of adobe flash when my trial runs out, and i was wonder. Since i am on a budget, which one should i buy, and where should i buy it? just give me some tips on your favorite overall version of flash, and tell me how much it costs and where to get it. Im going to church and i will check after.
CS4 is the only version you can buy. You can get the student version for $250 if your a student, otherwise you can only go with the professional version which is $700.
alright. so it is still good? i dont want to be stuck with a peice of junk, and yes i am a student. could someone give me a link to the most reliable source of this product?
could someone give me the link to where i buy the student version? (and could you tell me the difference from the pro version, and if i was on a budget, i should still try to get Adobe Flash Pro?)
It depends on what you want to do with it. If you plan on developing games and making a profit, then you would need to buy a professional version. So if you plan on making any profit from your Flash work, you would need to get professional. Otherwise, student would probably be fine for you.
real quick question why can you not use the student version if you want to develop games.I have it and it does everything that the $700 version does.In fact it publishes in every form of format that the $700 version does and is still called CS4 Professional, and in fact I can't seem to find any thing different about it,except that you need to prove you are a student. If you want the student version then try here.
You can use it to develop games, you just can't make a profit for it. I am not sure exactly what the rules on, but it is in the Terms and Conditions of the program that with the Student version you cannot make a profit. Or else they reserve the right to revoke your licence. Its not that you physically can't make one, you just aren't supposed to if you expect to make a profit.
You know its funny I spent a whole day trying to find a site that teaches you how to code games in AS3 and when I tried to look up what you were talking about in Google I found a complete guide with examples on how to code games in AS3.Thats both awesome and irritating at the same time, but whatever the case is that is interesting to know Carlie.
