Anyone else looking forward to the release of Pokemon Platinum? After several hundred hours of Pearl, I have to say that I am indeed excitedly awaiting the arrival of the newest addition of the Pokemon series. (Non-spinoff, of course.)
After the second generation of Pokemon I stopped really supporting them, but I have bought Pearl and I thought it was pretty good, since you can transfer Pokemon from GBA to DS.
I'm not really looking forward to Platinum due to the fact that it has better stuff then Pearl >:[.
I am not sure if I will buy Platinum. A year ago I was a big Pokemon fan, but now I have just stopped playing those games... I hope it will get released soon in Europe! (I wish a new remake of Gold/Silver will come out too)
Pokemon used to be good. Blue, red, yellow, gold, silver, crystal, sapphire, red and emerald were good. Pearl kinda sucked, the pokemon look so far fetched and unrealistic. C'mon and element for time? The moves are getting too random. So I'll just stick to Emerald for the moment.
I wish I could write out the whole preview but I'm too bored and lazy to do it at the mo.
Did you know Pokemon was going to be called something else? A Japanese boy thought of Pokemon. In Japanese it means "Pocket monsters".
I'm not really a fan of Pokemon, but in late March there's going to be a game for the DS/DS Lite/DSi called Monster Racers. It's exactly like Pokemon but instead you race your monsters instead of using them as fighting soldiers/slaves to win tournaments.
