I have encountered a bunch of very random glitches while playing Driver 2 and especially Driv3r. Once a car suddenly fell through the tarmac and bounced back up. It bonced up and down a few times before disappearing.
In COD: Big Red one, I had this hilarious glitch. This German (I think) got stuck in a box, and then he flew into the air really high! After that, he was shooting me from WWAAAAAYYY up there, it was hilarious. After I while I got bored and killed him.
PS1 RANDOMEST GLITCH You know that desert world in the original Spyro? Well, i jumped down the canyon with the purple stuff and next thing i knew, the game file got erased and i was at the first cutscene. PS2 RANDOMEST GLITCH This one just made me look at the screen for 2 minutes, not believing what i was doing I was playing Spyro 4: Enter The Dragonfly. As i was swimming around the dock that brings you to the island level, i splashed out of the water and leaped OVER the fence and i was using a swimming motion. But the weird thing was that i could swim WAY above the world, so i did this a few times and "swam" over the ice-breath only gate, and i got to levels im not supposed to let XD WII RANDOMEST GLITCH I was playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl and i was pikachu. i was fighting with Link (7) and against bowser and ganondorf (both 5) on Mushroom kingdom. When i was gonna use (down B), the game froze and said that the disc was not there. But it was still in it. So i restarted it, and when i chose "Solo" and "classic" it showed Peach with 1337 points on hard... i wonder how that happened... but it never did it again, so dont try it. And of course there is the MANY glitches of pokemon red, including catching level 7 pokemon only found in Blue... thats how i got magmar ^_^
I've also heard that some1 hacked Sand Andreas. The hack turned Carl (is that the character's name? i havnt played it in a while) into adult Gohan from DBZ (DragonBall Z) on the flying nimbus instead of a car.
I remember a few on San Andreas where I would fall through the ground and I could go through most buildings. I didn't do anything to the game either, no cheats or anything.
Online with Goldeneye 007 for the Wii. i was playing and not only fell through the map, I also was lifted up constantly and died from fall damage. It happened to everyone else too.
