No, okay here I'll explain it to you. First there's a link to actually refer somebody on to this site. It's found in your control panel and it's the very first box that says Referral, and inside that box you copy that link and put it up on another website and if somebody comes along and clicks your link and decides to make an account then you just earned a referral, which is worth 10 points. Also, just to let you know it's against the rules and really bad to create multiple accounts to give your orginal account referrals, so please don't abuse these rules, even though I'm sure you weren't anyways.
