I would kill Eggman from the Sonic series. All he cares about is hisself and ruling the world. In the end of all the Sonic games I've played he bands together with Sonic, but after that he totally forgets that their bond was made. I wouldn't nessescary kill him, put punish him or something.
Another character is Vegar from Jak 3. I'd say why I hate him, but it would cause a spoiler for anyone who hasn't played the game, and it would take a while... >_>. Anyone who played Jak 3 would know why I hate him though.
