I am thinking about getting a XBOX360 but I don't know if I should buy it now because the 720 is coming out soon and I need advice I'm thinking wait a while. What do you think?
You gotta remember, with the new updates to xbox and its "Desktop", they can simply update the console other then release a new one. So until technology advances more in the gaming industry and different chips and hardware is needed, they can simply run out free software to those who already have an xbox.
Your better off getting the 360, cause even if they make a new console and if it's hand held, in my own eyes it wont be anything to special and I would personally rather have a TV Console then a hand held.
The Nintendo DSi or even just the DS, are pretty neat, Nintendo has been in the hand held area of Video Gaming since my brothers were born, They are in there 20s. Now that's just me saying that, Nintendo has been out longer but yea. They are the Original Hand Held Console kings ya know? I prefer to have a hand held from them then anything else due to the fact there games even now that they are on a console, they were originated for a hand held. So in my eyes the new DSi is alot better investment then a PSP or some hand held xbox.
get a 360. like somers said the 720 isn't coming out until 2012, so you might as well have a 360. plus, handheld games aren't that great unless microsoft is taking some big titles like halo and turning them into handheld games. that would be pretty sick. but just get a 360 for now. its more than worth it.

ok 720 soudn killer kool adn stuff but if they go up to 720 will they go to 900 and 1080 bye the way if u dont want to sound like a tard dont say "one thousand eighty" say "ten eighty" ive heard so many people say one thousand eighty the long way in like snowboarding or skatboarding purposes and it sound dumb
Get the 360, 720 won't come out for a while now and when it does its gonna be way too expensive to get right away. Not to mention it'll be sold out everywhere for another year.
