People talk about speed bios so much because they're too strong. They have the highest burst damage, a good DPT, great control with Crystallize, and, obviously, amazing speed, which helps in many ways.
Tank bios are only useful for grinding through a Legend run. Toxic is pretty good, but it becomes weaker against enemies of your own level since piercing doesn't do as much. I don't know why you'd ever run a "brute" bio when the alternatives are so much stronger.
And tbh, I can't say I exactly like speed bios. They're fun when you first discover them, but they ruin PvP and make the game post-Mayor boring. You barely have to think when you play one. I'm just saying speed bio is the strongest build of any class.
I mostly agree with your assessment of hydros. I can't say I agree about psychos though.
INSANE damage (if you're well speced) Weaken opponents, strengthen yourself at the same time (Terrify, for example) Plus, if your good at psycho and your not versing a rediculously overpowered person, you can survive for a good amount of time
Relatively it's your decision. They are all fairly well balanced and will beat the whole game even in legend run if used right. It's all up to which one you like using the best.
I say bio is the best if ur looking for burst of damages like a few ppl saide b4. Hydro I think iz mostly just strategizing wit ur moves and trying to take control of the situation if u ask me. Not the best wen it comes to damage in my opinion but, rly it depends on the person.
My bio lvl 30, is strength based with sharp senses lvl 4 crit destroy: 8k. Psycho can hit really hard as well. shock therapy. Stepping back, all classes are good in their own way. Never used hydro yet
psychological is personaqlly my favorite class, it hits fairly high every turn and 'will power' which i find an amazing healing/shield buff rolle dinto 1!
Phsychological is the best if you can use it correctly. One false move and yes, a biological would have been better in the situation, but if you are remotely competent...
Well each one is fairly balanced. Bio has more defense and attack and high health . Hydro is more balance between strength and instinct also equipped with some healing abilities. Psycho focuses mainly on instinct. Low health but devastating powers.
