okay first things first, Sodacan, you cant keep correcting everybody, let them be stupid. Second, i very much like both games. Second, I really like both games, but i have to give the props to Halo 3. Halo wars is a good game, but i cant really feel it like you do for other strategy games like age of empires. I prefer Halo 3 mostly due to the whole 'self improvement' bit. Always striving to be better and more skillful is a goal that Halo Wars doesnt deliver.

And btw Guardian games, stop stealing my icon!

Honestly, I hated Halo Wars, but I'm not that fond of Halo 3 either. But I do believe it'd have been a better game and sold more if it went along with the trilogy.

I love games that go back to show what brought the original game to where it was. Which is why I loved Call Of Duty 4s campaign, it had those missions where you go back and fight along side MacMillian to try to stop the Imran Zahkaev during that time.

depends on my mood sometimes im not bothered to play halo 3 unless its online or 2 player but when i play halo wars i get bored after 1 or 2 levels so its really halo3 if i have a friend over they also should have made halo wars 2 player with out using internet

Halo 3

In my opinion it is funner because it's based more on shoot em' up than strategy and the storyline isn't half bad.

Both are very good but halo 3 has lots of replay value due to forge and other custom content, so Halo 3

I miss master chief in halo wars so Halo 3 is the best

i love both of the because halo kept the series goin but halo wars was alot like Age of Empires which i like and went into greater deph about the halo universe

Halo wars and Halo 3 can't really be compared, their two different genres. One's a real time strategy and the other's a first person shooter =/

If I had to choose I guess I would choose Halo 3 I'd rather be in the action then telling other people to do stuff for me. But they're still both kick ass.
