Microsoft does need to make one so they can compete with Sony. But Microsoft is big in computer software so they are not hurting for money or anything.
Nah, the market right now would be a really bad time to release one. Besides, with the DSi and the PSPs that are going to be released it would be stupid to do one anyway.
They probably won't i heard that they are making a different way to use your controller like the camera thing on wii where you grab air and in the screen you grab something else
