Rules ---------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Must be an older game that did not come out on any new systems. Like nothing from Xbox 360, PS 3, Wii and any other new console. Stuff that came out for any Game boys, Older computer games, and so on are good ideas to look for.
2. Don't flame. (its ok say you don't like it but don't say anything bad about it)
3. Have fun, and most of all remeber the good old days. -------------------------------------------------------------- Here's mine(new post):
GBA's Sword of Mana, why I liked it was it had a good story line, great weapons, 2 story lines (Hero, and Heroine where different story lines), great magic, and very addictive. I still play do this day, and have not beat it yet but very close :3. [url=http://sdb.drshnaps.com/sheets/Misc/Square/Other/SoMHero.gif]
oops, forgot to explain. Metal Gear Solid 1 was released for the Playstation around 15 years ago, and will always be a great game and a revolutionary game. It opened doors to new genres of games and is one of the best games of all time
I still think the immortal duo of N64 games were Legend of Zelda and Goldeneye, but one that is often overlooked was Perfect Dark, from the same stable as Goldeneye, (and it showed in the gameplay). A classic first-person shooter which kept me amused for many an hour.
My favorite older game was Pokemon Shappire for GBA. That was my first video game ever and I still play it everynow and then just so I can rember going to spend the night at a friends house and staying up all night playing Pokemon.
One of my favorite old PC games is Ultima V. It was the first PC role-playing game I've played and it completely blew my mind that the game allowed players the option to murder innocent civilians. I was in shock the first time I saw that. I was further shocked to see that civilians recognized my evil ways and ran from me. Then the city guard promptly wiped me out.
One of my favorite console games is F-Zero for the Super Nintendo. I played it on my SNES, and I bought it on the Wii Virtual Console a few months ago, and I think it is a timeless classic - every bit as playable as when it was new.
