I think the Bat would win since he can fly.


So can ducks.

Honestly, bats kill and eat small insects.
Ducks eat bread people throw at them, and also stuff that grows at the bottom of lakes.

Ducks are larger.
Bats are not that strong.

Ducks have powerful feet
