What I mean by post timer is how you have to wait thirty seconds, I think this is great but the fact that you must refresh the page if you are not able to post at that time is annoying, especially if you tab pages and then when you try and submit you don't know that you can't post and your post is simply deleted
I thought you meant after each post, on the bottom it says "try again in 30 seconds" like it would count down so you don't have to refresh the page
You don't actually see something counting down, just the submit button is there and if you click it and time isn't up a small message pops up and says, "lease wait until 30 seconds from your last post have passed" and I am so tired of people saying this website needs to be bogged down of features because of the causing of lag, if you are going to forgo certain features for other ones I would recommend implement all of the posting tools and features and stripping out ranks and post counters
