Whenever they finish testing and judging a new set of submissions. Usually every week or so.

I think he means when new games will be on the homepage...AG doesn't want thousands of maze games like kongregate.com has...
Most of the 16000 games there are probably crap snake, maze, or some other type of game that doesn't require skill to produce or play.
