Rock Band, yeh Guitar Hero has been out the longest, but when Rock Band came out, the game wasn't all cartoony, like GH was. With the characters being all weird looking and like GH3 the stages exploding.
Rock Band brung a real group game together for everyone to play. And it had a great tracklist with nearly every song being known, when GHWT came out, most of the songs I'd never heard of, so the singing part was useless because I didn't know how to songs went
Rock Band because Guitar Hero was created by the people who made Rock Band therefore Rock Band has the great Guitar Hero system plus the content that is in the game.
I vote Guitar Hero mainly because in Rock Band you have to hit the notes perfectly as they come across, with Guitar Hero they give you a little leeway.
Rock Band. It actually was brave enough to put an AC/DC song on it, being obsessed with AC/DC and everything, as well as the awesome track pack, and I've been waiting for Guitar Hero to do that since it came out. I also may never buy a Guitar Hero game again after the release of Smash Hits. I think I'll rant on it a little bit
Why take songs from the previous games and put them all in one game? Playing the songs on the drums and stuff is pretty ridiculous. Also I heard Raining Blood was even harder. I wouldn't waste $60 on it overall... Now let's talk about the good Guitar Hero games.
One was a classic, and the first of its kind, Two was really good, Three was awesome. Metallica is awesome, I would like to get it.
