Sengon is a city of great wealth.It is also the capitol of the Free Nations.It has mines that produce Rubies,Garnets,Gold,and Diamonds.It produces cavalry in the 1,000's.It's advanced troops have diamond plated armor,too.They're dependent on swords because they have SO much diamond,they can make swords from it.It was taken from Black by force.Xan,the rebel,is from Sengon.
