Which do you think is better? Based upon graphics, sound quality, entertainment, controls, and content.
I think that Fallout 3 and Oblivion are both great games, but the best things about Fallout 3 is that it has a great story line,good sound and graphics quality,decent controls, lots of weapons and armor,and will keep you entertained for hours. but, on the downside, it has limited quests, the ending sucks, and has a few gliches. so Fallout 3 gets a 9/10 for me.
Oblivion is also a great game and has good sound and decent graphics, great controls, quite alot of weapons and armor, loads of quests. and will keep you entertained for sooo long that you forget your families names. but on the downside its quality isnt as good as fallout 3's but makes up for that in content. and you even get to keep playing after you beat the main quests. And you can tell bethesa put alot of time and effot into the game. Oblivion gets a 9.5/10 for me.
in a way they are both awesome games and everyone is awaiting the next thing to come outta bethesta and expects alot of stuff from them. write what you think about both of these great games in this forum. Fallout 3 is great, but isnt as good as Oblivion. oh yeah and the next game from bethesta is called "blink" or "blank" or something like that.
Fallout 3 and all the DLC so far has been more entertaining than Oblivion was. Fallout 3 is a game that you can play over and over and it wont be the same. Yes it has a linear story line but that's for the main quest, which isn't a long chain. All the side-quests are what really make this game special, you never have to do anything the same way, their is a great amount of possibilities for this game.
Fallout three as more DLC content than Oblvion, but i think i got more drawn into the world of TES, so i like oblivion more, also i don't think there is that much armour, i wanted more lol.
I got really bored of fallout 3 fast, if you dont have dlc then there is not very much content in it, Oblivion is way better as there is a lot more people and cities. And Fallout 1 is > 3
both of the games have alot of DLC such as shivering isles, knights of the nine, and ALOT more for oblivion and broken steel, the pitt, operation:achorage, point lookout, and the newest addition mothewrship zeta for fallout 3. it really depends if you like a futuristic or middle-age game if you are trying to decide between oblivion and fallout 3.
there are some things i like about oblivion theat is not in fallout 3 1. is that there is alot more armor in oblivion 2.there are more quests 3.the monsters and items in oblivion level up with you 4.its longer with more side quests 5.i hate running out of ammo 6.it has spells 7.and the skills are more in deft
althought fallout has some good thing on it too shuch as 1.guns 2.its alot harder 3.you can be good or bad 4.it has a radar 5.vats is also a good 6.unlike many shooters is also has meele wepons 7.people in fallout are alot different unlike in oblivion where each race had the same voice eceped certan people and there are kids in conclushun i think allthought fallout is great oblivion is better
They are both great games, but i'd have to say i had more fun playing Oblivion then Fallout 3. I just love the quests in oblivion and it was a really nice environment, and there was tons of people u always see when u walk around, different armour types, and awesome weapons. Falllout 3 is also really great,i love the karma implemented and i always love to play the badass roll . VATS is a really cool system aswell and not to mention the flying limbs and blood everywhere. I dunno why but i just found oblivion more fun and kept me on it for hours.
