HEY! Take that back. Glastondale won the fight all by himself for me once. I didn't do anything. He just spammed tanks and outnumbered the enemies.

Woot just beat hard-hard with glastondale. Admittedly I got very lucky though because both CPU's went outpost route with no good anti air. I almost lost at the beginning before I could get everything built up, but once I did I just spammed phantoms and won easily.

Hard-hard is hard. Lol....my enemies usually use forge...and my partner uses forge. So I used outpost. I still lost. =/

Glastondale starts out with a few marines, I just don't understand that as a counter to enemy snipers...

I think I found out why a base can die, even when its health bar isn't fully depleted. It's because of tank splash damage. During the final stages of battle, when the army moves in, they do a lot of fighting right in front of the enemy's base... and as they take out those units, damage is done to the base itself by area damage, even though the bar doesn't register it.

In any case, my proof for this was a wave of tanks that I sent in. Nothing but tanks. They sent out a bunch of romans, all of which were crushed as they spawned. My tanks never directly attacked the base, but I won the battle in a matter of seconds. There was little to no lag present.

Does anyone else agree?
