I'd say Square Enix if not for the fact that there hasn't been a good final fantasy since X and it doesn't look like that will change.

Though I've been pretty disappointed by Oblivion and its cousin FO3, Bethesda still gets my vote. Going from Great games to good games isn't that horrible of a change.

I really like Bethesda because of the beautiful Elder Scrolls games
and of course Blizzard for Diablo and Warcraft
