Hi I've noticed something while browsing through the help and such. I think that being awarded 20 armor points for submiting a game is too low. People who make games usually put all there heart into it and spend an incredible amount of time and effort (usually). I personally think that these hard working and motivational characters should get more of an award for such an achievement. Maybe it's just me so I would like to hear what other people think about this. -Singid25

I mean that the users who are like points, points would love making games (for the points of course) but they can't. It's hard making games it takes time and you have to love what you are doing to make something good + you need programming skills and lots of imagination.

I'm starting to try Flash, and I still care about AG! :P

Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback, I sort of get it now why they do that. So in other words, they do that so they don't get overkill points if it's a specific website-account or a really overboard gamemaker. Thanks again, I think I got this thought out now...

Secondly, most developers don't actually interact with the site. The reason that we have points is to reward members who are interacting with the site.

Yeah, I guess AP is an 'active user bonus' and not something developers care much for. I mean, when your game has been uploaded to a dozen sites, you don't really show any particular interest to any of them, except maybe your own.

If the awards were higher then every noob would be like OMGPTS! and half of the games here would be SPAM. Its only good that you get only 20p

I don't think so: Unlike some sites, the admins filter out the game that go on the Armorgames site. SO we would still be getting loads of good games, but the admins might be feeling frustrated sorting out spam flash files from actual good games.
Also, this have been up more than a few times, and all the the times it has been regular users and not a game maker that has brought it up.

I do believe the most active developer you get here is Krin, who has about 50 forum posts. But you will probably never see his posts, as they seem to be hidden somewhere. Most developers never give a peep from themselves here, mainly because they're working on games.

I like the idea, but like Perslos said it is pointless since AP is negligible to them. Therefore, it is pretty much pointless.
