i think saumus and heres why: a blast from meta ridley WOULD KILL MASTER CHIEF INSTANTLY!!!!!!!! but to samus it would take out 52 energy bits out of one of her energy tanks whiich she has waht? 29 or somting not to mention agility infinite ammo and a gun that cant get jacked cause its stuck to her arm!!! and master chief can die from jus one hit in the back!!!!!!! not to mention she has hi speed boots and can jump way higher she can double jump. well im done wat do u think?
I say Master Chief because he has extensive military training and he fought well trained adversaries. While Samus has only fought semi-intelligent aliens.(Much like the Flood, and Master Chief held out against the flood no problem)
just cause samus is a woman oesn't mean she'd lose, actually, it's proven fact that women are better at aiming anyways. And yes, Master Chief has sheilds but samus's armour has energy tanks. Next yes, samus would probably take out Master Chief if he had stuck her with a grenade as well. btw, what do you mean how can he get his gun jacked? simple, samus runs up to him, smacks him in the face, takes the gun and blows him away, YAY!!!

Well, its obvisouly SAMUS because has anyone seen the power she has....For an example....SSBB, her smash power is freaking a giant beam of light which only does 50% (dmg reduced compared to wat it should seem lol) but omg....its huge....go to youtube and type in Super Smash Bros: Brawl Final Smash
i dno mc destroyed a covenent ship single handedly. he defeated tartarus took out a ton of hunters and survived a fall from thousands of feet in the atmosphere. seriously cheif has bubble sheilds, turrets, countless weapons, and grenades, tanks atvs, warthogs, ghosts, hornets, banshees, and other vehichles. he is a geneticaly enhanced being trained from youth to protect earth.

Samus wasnt trained from the age of 4 to 50 every day now was she? and the bosses dont count as different "intelligences" and yea he is genetlicly enhanced to move 3x faster, but with his 3-ton mjonlir armor, it makes it 2.5x, but benefits is armor, and makes him alot tougher.
Master chief would wack the missle out of his hand.
And no theres only one boss (not including the scarab cause it doesnt erally shoot you.) and its not a child, beat it on easy, maby it is but who plays easy? maby you gamerman? and the bosss in metroid arnt even hard to kill.
