Good game? or worst game ripoff of Oblivion? well honestly better than Oblivion, and if you buy the GOTY edition, its totally worth it cause its like 120$ dollars if you dowload the DLC seperate but if you buy GOTY you get all the DLC for only 60$ including the game so its a good deal for a good game. I recommend it
Fallout 3 is better in my oblivion. the difference is that fallout has much easier combat than oblivion. while who can deny the pleasure of stabbing someone with a sword or assassaintating someone with an arrow, what dissapointed about the differences was the lack of guilds or some form in Fallout 3
This game is one of the best games ever. I personally have done 2 complete playthroughs and have 700+ hours of play time it is really deep and complex. I have a friend who likes it he has played 5 complete playthroughs with over 2000+ hours of play time (it was one fun apocalyptic summer).This game is tremendously fun, where else can you shoot 8 mini-nukes simultaneously at a super mutant behemoth? I highly suggest it to anyone who likes fun.

I personally feel that both games are the best. Of course Fallout 3 is supposed to be better in terms of certain fields like graphics and gameplay since Bethesda improvised over their game engine and Oblivion also helped them sort out their faults. However, it lacks a certain charm which Oblivion exuded.
Either ways, I regard both the games highly, with both of them being my favourite games.
