There might have been a thread like this back in July but that's too far back. But I just wanted to make a discussion about people on AG's favorite (American) football players.

I think Phillip Rivers is better than Eli. Eli is only known for his clutch moments (Super Bowl XLII) against big teams. Rivers does trash talk a lot though. Not really good for a quarterback. That's actually the Defense's job lol
None of you guys have ever heard of Brett Favre?!?
I like Brett Favre, but he just keeps coming back. I like what he did to the Vikes offense, made some mediocre players and turned them into Pro-Bowlers, and made Adrian Peterson even better.
Though, they got owned by the Cardinals. On umm Sunday Night Football. Yea, but still, he made players better.
I was surprised... I knew The Card's offense was great with Fitzgerald and Warner as QB, but I didn't know their defense was good enough to shut down Favre and Peterson
