if it's Hardcore, then I don't know, if it's non-hardcore, then definately no Scar-H isn't one of the best. ACR has a good pushback if it hits the enemy, making them miss a hell of alot letting you put in alot of damage. The Tar-21 kills very easy with low recoil, and is best used with the 'Ghost' Class, loganada mentioned.
I'm all about ratio and survivability, so my killstreaks are:
1: Care Package. 2: AC130. 3: Tactical Nuke.
It's not hard once you find little sweet spots. Tactical Insertion behind a Flak Cannon in Afghan, letting u respawn there over and over.
Everyone defending the house on Estate is always a win, I once got 24 kills no deaths on that map.
My favourite class is possibly a Rusher Class, which I just call Leopard:
Not the best, but if you got a quick reaction it's actually a very effective class, I usually use it to kill campers or cut through a few snipers at the back, which also reminds me how I got an 18 killstreak with just an M9 - Tactical Knife, Commando Pro and an AC130! >
@highfire try using the ump with silencer. it's alot better for rushing because they can't see when their teammate dies and it takes down the recoil of the ump
Right now Im on my second prestige @ level 29 on PS3. I tend to be a fast paced player usually getting a few more kills than deaths, an average match for me is around 15/10. I tend to stick with the SMG's for their mobility and quick fire rate. My favorite class is:

Wow, Im a level 10 2nd prestige and Ive play for about 4 hours.
