Garageband, Mixcraft (used this, it was ok) and I heard of something like band in a box?

Pretty good free program for PC, and free. Only problem is that they make you pay for most of their "royalty-free" loops.

The greatest program is GarageBand, you need a Mac though... of course.

Mixcraft,a frien of mine uses that and he says it's ok

Hmmm... going to try the demo of Mixcraft and Sibelius.....

The music I'm most familiar with is techno/trance and classical, which the 2 above programs would suit well for.

TrakAxPC seems too much for videos, instead of just music. Also I don't want to get scammed with the royalty thing.

Dance Ejay 7, It has heck loads of things. Its £20 to buy though. Im buying it shortly.
