Does any one else miss the old times? When points didn't matter, and fun and playing games was what this site was all about? I do, and i miss them. people just want points, and they spam and don't have fun.
I haven't been around as long as you old-timers, but I still have my memories. I remember when I first met Green12324. He was the first person I actually had a conversation with, and how he'd post a long response to everything we talked about. I remember being in Jezz' RPG, Realm of Rydanor. It was the first RPG I participated in. It was fun, but I dunno what happened to it. :/
I remember alot of the high-ranked, well-known members who quit, a lot of the mods who got demodded or just faded, when a lot of the features still worked, etc.
I don't remember the very beginnings, because, well, I wasn't here. But It's still been a good year and a quarter since I've joined, for the most part. I do particularly miss when we had good topics.
But considering..... yes. I'm in a small forum with only like 350 people listed so far, and I know like everyone, and vise-versa. So, if I were here for the good old times, I would have missed them
Anywhoo...Old times are NOT old times compared to the days of Games of Gonor. THAT was old times. There are still games lurking about that still bear the signature of the good ol' GoG tag. Great times, great times.
