If you dont know how to fix it allready i really would not recommend that you tamper with it or else you probably will break it lol do what i did i went onto craigslist.com and i searched for x-box 360 repairs and i got mine repaired for i believe for $25 VS 75$ @ microsoft which they dont guarantee that it will be fixed so if you ship it in there and they couldnt fix it they would keep your money so just do like i said above go to craigslist.com cheaper faster easyier

OH and one of the main causes for the ring of death is over heating make sure to place your xbox 360 on its SIDE dont stand it up thats bad i know thats how i lost my first xbox 360
do you play it alot? i am pretty sure that people who play their xbox too much or leave it on for long periods of time have a better chance for something to go wrong with it
These are some error codes and what they are about for the bottom right ring being lit. They MIGHT help, you should further do research. This error is basically the cable that hooks into the red,white, and yellow holes in your tv, the cable with a big rectangular thing. This cable i believe can be obtained by calling customer support, ask them about your av cable. If not search through Ebay.com sorry thats about all i can do. I have provided you with the url to the xbox customer support.
If you have a single red light on the bottom-right corner, that you are screwed. That means that you got a hardware failure in you Xbox so you need to get it repaired, or get a new one. And there is a "Red Ring of Death" (technically), from overheating, then there are 2 red lights. If all four red lights are lit, then there is a problem with the AV cable like what Microe is saying. If there's 3 lines, you're screwed too. And I'm sorry I'm not saying this very professionaly. It's just that I said this same thing on the thread "Red Ring of Death" and I really don't want to type all that again.
